Site Model + Conceptual Model

For this semester's project, the site chosen will be at Taman Ampang Hilir Lake, Ampang. Students are then divided into groups to study site analysis through site vignettes throughout the lake. Information carried out were then collected manually with proper equipments for accurate measurements of wind, sunlight etc. Other information carried out are dependant on human senses like noise, sight, and sensitivity to smell.

After compiling all the information, the whole class did a small scale of the site. 2 small portion from the site were then chosen as Site A and Site B. Image above is Site B.

Individual studies were then carried out through conceptual model. The site that I have chosen is Site B as the location is less valued compared to Site A, thus making the area isolated. By proposing in this particular site, it promotes full usage throughout. The existing man made structures are outdoor exercising equipments, this however put a thought of proposing a relaxation space as well as a stop for restoration, in this case, a mini-restaurant/yoga.
